How It Works

1. Browse and Order
Visit our online shop, select your items then select the date you would like your order delivered when you view your CART.

Make sure to choose the correct campus at checkout. There is a £5 minimum for all orders!

2. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, delivery date, and item summary.

3. Delivery Schedule
Your order will arrive at the entrance of your selected location on the date you have chosen.
Delivery Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

4. Delivery Time
Our delivery man will be at your campus entrance at 12:30 PM on your delivery day. You’ll have 25 minutes to collect your package.
If you miss the window, your parcel will be delivered the next delivery day. Miss a second time? Email us at hello@supplyco.store to reschedule.

5. Order Pickup
Bring your confirmation email and provide your order number when collecting your package.

6. Campus Lead Times
London College of Fashion: 24 hours
Middlesex University: 2 days

7. Restocking & Requests
Our store is regularly restocked, so check back often. If there’s a product you’d like us to carry, let us know via the Contact Us page.
